May 2011 - September 2012After joining Speck in May of 2011 as Graphic Designer, worked within the web department to launch a new infrastructure and project manage a new web site design. Had record months online every month since. Cleaned up Magento commerce platform utilizing best practices and more streamlined design, including better path-to-purchase. Manage both the eCommerce and corporate web sides of our digital presence. Increased YoY holiday sales online 300% during holiday 2011 and started Q1 2012 averaging 250% growth YoY. October 2010 - May 2011Creative Director (contract) for there there, a new venture from Oakland-based Oaklandish, a locally grown lifestyle brand that celebrates Bay Area history and was established in 2000. Launched the website in over 25 different city permutations through GeoIP location services deploying a different shopping experience depending on the location in which you were surfing from. Responsible for retargeting advertisements, paid search, increasing organic search ranking through installing best SEO practices. Wrote all the copy for over 120 products and shot all the online photos.

Ecommerce Director at Chrome Industries
September 2012As eCommerce Director, oversee all the web properties at Chrome, including the flagship HUB ChromeIndustries.com and micro sites such as StreetsofChrome.com and WearAllDayEveryDay.com as well as the late summer 2013 launch of Chrome Europe online. Charged with growing this 18-year old urban bike brand's direct-to-consumer sales through redesigning and developing a new ecommerce site, upgrading the platform (and it's backend servers), revitalizing SEO and SEM campaigns, increasing efficiencies in our customer service and warranty departments and extending our consumer relationship through email marketing, retargeting, abandoned cart emails and post-purchase sharing, among other initiatives. Successfully relaunched the Magento-based ChromeIndustries.com in April 2013 as a fully-responsive, geo-targeted behemoth that is optimized over its previous iterations. Successfully launched Chrome Europe in 13 EU countries in August 2013 with customer service offices in The Netherlands and warehouse services supplied in Rotterdam. Oversee all EU transactions, office management and 3PL management as well as the EU SEO and SEM campaigns and ultimately the European Direct-to-Consumer P&L.
